Commercial Lighting Incentives Up to 75%

Eligible B.C. businesses may receive BC Hydro incentives covering up to 75% of qualifying energy-efficiency project costs. A 30% bonus is currently available for eligible Business Energy Saving Incentive projects submitted by February 11, 2027.

Incentive amounts depend on the existing equipment, selected replacement products, site eligibility and BC Hydro approval. Pre-approval is required before work begins. Eligible projects submitted under the current bonus offer must be completed by March 14, 2028.

Get Up to $600 in Home EV Charger Rebates and Rewards

Eligible homeowners may receive up to $350 toward the purchase and installation of an eligible Level 2 EV charger. Enrolling an eligible smart charger in BC Hydro’s Peak Saver program may provide a separate one-time $250 bill credit.

Strata and Multi Unit03 / 04

Get Up to $3,000 for an EV Ready Plan

Eligible apartment, condo and townhouse complexes with five or more units may receive 75% of eligible EV Ready planning costs, up to $3,000 per building. Additional rebates may cover part of the infrastructure and charger installation required to implement the plan.

Eligible EV Ready projects may receive up to $600 per parking space for infrastructure and up to $14,000 for chargers, with a combined maximum of $137,000 per building.

Workplace EV Charger Rebates Up to $2,000 Per Charger

Eligible B.C. workplaces may receive 50% of eligible Level 2 charger purchase and installation costs, up to $2,000 per single-port charger or $4,000 per dual-port charger.

Rebates are capped at $14,000 per workplace and may be available for up to four locations, for a combined maximum of $56,000.
