Sazegar Electric Ltd.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Our commitment to privacy
Sazegar Electric Ltd. respects your personal information and handles it in accordance with applicable British Columbia privacy requirements. This policy explains the information handled through this website and its inquiry system.
Information we collect
The information requested depends on the form and the electrical work you are asking about. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Your name, email address, phone number, and city, address or service location when requested.
- The service requested, project type, messages, preferred contact method or next step, and relevant vehicle, equipment, property, parking, business, role, timing or site-access details you choose to provide.
- Public customer file uploads are temporarily disabled. The website does not currently collect project photographs, drawings or documents through its inquiry forms. Previously stored files remain private.
- The source page and page title, available campaign parameters and referring website, the submission date and time, consent status and technical request identifiers used to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Notification status, send attempts, provider reference and a copy of the notification content.
- Limited security and operational information. The application derives a short-lived, keyed identifier from an IP address to limit misuse, and records request paths, methods, response status and timing in operational logs. Raw IP addresses and browser user-agent strings are not fields in the inquiry database; infrastructure providers also receive connection information when serving the website.
Why we collect and use information
Sazegar Electric Ltd. uses inquiry information to respond, assess requested electrical work, prepare or discuss estimates, arrange appointments or other next steps, and communicate about requested services. Information also supports business and inquiry records, website security and misuse prevention, and applicable legal, regulatory or administrative requirements. An ordinary inquiry is not a subscription to promotional marketing.
Consent and collection notices
When you voluntarily submit an inquiry, Sazegar Electric Ltd. uses the information for the purposes presented with that form and explained here. Forms provide a collection notice and a link to this policy before submission. Existing project-contact consent controls are not marketing subscriptions. You can contact Sazegar Electric Ltd. with questions or to discuss withdrawing consent, subject to legal and contractual limits; this may affect the ability to respond to or provide a requested service.
Email notifications
Inquiry details are stored in the website system before an internal notification is attempted through Resend. Notifications go to authorized Sazegar Electric Ltd. recipients so the team can respond, and use the submitted customer email as Reply-To. Notification content includes contact and project details, and source and campaign information when available. Public inquiry forms do not currently accept attachments. Previously stored files remain private; unscanned files are not released through notification download links. A saved inquiry may remain queued if notification delivery is unavailable. The website does not currently send automatic customer confirmation emails.
Retention
Sazegar Electric Ltd. retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, service, business-record and legal purposes for which it was collected. Where information is used to make a decision directly affecting an individual, it may be retained for at least the period required by applicable law.
Information that is no longer reasonably required is to be securely deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. Retention review and deletion require manual handling: the current inquiry and file-storage system does not apply an automatic deletion schedule. Public uploads are currently disabled, and previously stored files have not been deleted by this change. Contact Sazegar Electric Ltd. about a deletion request, including a file previously uploaded without a completed inquiry.
Safeguards
Sazegar Electric Ltd. uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information. Website measures include server-side validation, request limits, disabled public upload endpoints, private storage for previously collected files, controls on file links, and safeguards against duplicate submissions and misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Please provide only information relevant to the requested work.
Access and correction
You may ask about, request access to, or request correction of personal information held by Sazegar Electric Ltd., subject to applicable legal limitations. You may also raise a privacy concern or request deletion. Use the public contact details below. Sazegar Electric Ltd. may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record before acting on a request; please do not send unnecessary identity documents with your initial message.
Cookies, browser storage and usage reporting
No advertising or remarketing pixels are currently active on this website. The application does not set its own login-session cookies. It uses session storage in the browser tab to retain available campaign parameters and an external referring website, so a later inquiry can include that context. This storage is separate from cookies and is normally cleared when the browser tab session ends.
Replit Project Analytics is enabled on the published website. It uses network/IP and browser data and may collect approximate visitor counts, page views, referring websites, approximate country, browser type and device type. Sazegar Electric Ltd. uses this information to understand website usage and improve the website.
The site records limited interaction events locally in browser memory, such as call-link clicks, inquiry steps and submission outcomes, to support usage diagnostics. On pages where reporting is enabled, an adapter can also pass event categories, page paths, device categories and campaign information to the hosting platform’s Umami reporting service. Custom analytics events must not contain form responses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions or any other customer-submitted content. The reporting adapter is designed not to send street addresses, message text, uploaded files or inquiry identifiers either.
Hosting infrastructure may use limited technical functionality for operation and security. This policy does not assume that a development-preview tool or a future tracking service is part of the production website. If the technologies used change, Sazegar Electric Ltd. will review the notice and any consent requirements.
Future analytics and advertising technologies
In addition to the active Replit Project Analytics described above, Sazegar Electric Ltd. may introduce other website analytics, conversion measurement or advertising technologies in the future, including Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking and Meta Pixel. These tools are not currently enabled on this website.
If enabled in the future, these additional technologies may collect browser or device information, IP addresses, referring pages, pages viewed, website interactions and conversion events through cookies or similar technologies. This does not mean that these additional services currently receive visitor information from this website.
Before enabling additional non-essential analytics or advertising tracking, Sazegar Electric Ltd. will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate notice and privacy choices or consent controls. Visitors will be able to review or change applicable tracking preferences when those technologies are introduced.
External links
Links to third-party websites, such as utility and rebate information, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Sazegar Electric Ltd. does not control those practices. Review the relevant third-party policy before providing information there.
Policy updates
Sazegar Electric Ltd. may update this policy when website practices or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised when the policy is updated.
