Commercial Tenant Improvement
Our team carried out electrical work as part of a classroom renovation and upgrade at Sprott Shaw College in Abbotsford.
The project photographs show the work in progress, including overhead electrical infrastructure and lighting within the suspended-ceiling area.
The electrical work supported the classroom renovation as the space was prepared for completion.
Port Moody, BC
We installed and commissioned a SWITCH charger in the homeowner’s parking stall at CLYDE in Port Moody. The building had been constructed to support SWITCH EV chargers, so we supplied power through its EV charging electrical distribution system.
We used pre-installed conduit inside the concrete ceiling for the cable route. With the electrical panel some distance from the parking stall, we sized the wiring to account for voltage drop.
Our work required strata approval, an electrical permit and inspection.
Delta, BC
We completed the wiring and installed one ChargePoint Level 2 charger for an industrial-property customer who needed charging for a manager.
We coordinated our work around the EV owner, site security and facility manager. We installed and commissioned the charger and left it operational for the customer.

Surrey Childcare Centre
Completed electrical work for a new childcare centre over four months, including lighting and lighting controls, low-voltage systems, fire-alarm installation, and connections for rooftop equipment.
Port Coquitlam Body Shop
Installed a dedicated 30-amp, 240-volt connection for a new welding machine by repurposing and rewiring an unused existing circuit.
Coquitlam Rehabilitation Office
Completed a commercial office lighting upgrade for a rehabilitation clinic in Coquitlam.
Surrey Manufacturing Facility
Completed electrical work within an operating manufacturing property in Surrey.
